The standard self-serve fee is 5% of the creator payout subtotal and is added when a batch is funded. Mozie never deducts this fee from creator amounts. Any international processing charge and any workspace-specific pricing are shown separately before Stripe Checkout opens.

Each funded batch has a Stripe-hosted invoice, a paid receipt, and a downloadable financial reconciliation. The reconciliation includes the fee breakdown, creator amounts, approvals, payout statuses, and immutable Mozie and Stripe references. Funding remaining creators later creates a separate batch and document set.

No. Mozie coordinates creator payouts as a payment administrator using Stripe Connect. Brands and creators remain responsible for their agreements, classification, taxes, withholding, and reporting unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns an obligation to Mozie.

No. A creator's verified payout account is reused while it remains eligible. Stripe may ask the creator to provide updated information if verification requirements change, their bank details change, or their payout capability becomes restricted.

Keep the paid receipt and Mozie reconciliation with the invoice. Depending on the brand's policies and jurisdiction, accounting may also require the campaign contract or purchase order, proof of approved work, and creator tax documents. Mozie's reconciliation is a financial ledger, not a creator-issued tax invoice.

The Stripe invoice separates pass-through creator compensation, Mozie's one-time payout administration and reconciliation fee, and any international payout processing charge. The Mozie software subscription is invoiced separately. These are commercial descriptions; the brand's accountant determines the applicable ledger accounts, taxes, withholding, and remittance reporting for its jurisdiction.

Brand funding, a Stripe transfer, and arrival in the creator's bank are different events. Mozie reports those states separately and does not describe a creator as paid merely because the brand completed Checkout.
